NOTE: The specifications based on the following design conditions:
- Chilled water supply/return temperature: 12ºC/17ºC;
- Cooling air inlet/outlet temperature: 30ºC/38ºC;
- Condensing temperature 45ºC, evaporating temperature7ºC;
- Chiller should be used under max 40ºC ambient temperature.
- R407C, R410A, R134A for option.
Refrigerant system:
- Adopt R-407c environmentally friendly refrigerant
- Adopt world well-known compressor
- Adopted aluminum fin & copper tube type condenser, easy for cleaning
- Low noise and large air blower, ensure sufficient cooling air volume
- The SS304 coil built-in SS304 tank evaporator ( heat exchanger ) ensure a steady water
temperature offered, reduces ambient heat again, increases cooling efficiency
Chilled water system:
- Water loop are made of stainless steel, Galvanized steel and PVC pipe
- Adopt iron pump ( 1bar pressure)
- Chiller Inlet and outlet water connections in Stainless steel : BSP 1/2'' (internal thread)
- Add by-pass valve to adjust the water output flow volume and pressure
Control Protection system:
- Microcomputer control system offering accurate temperature stability within ±2ºC
(Higher accuracy to minus plus 0.1 ºC optional)
- Refrigerant pressure gauges help quickly understand system problems
